Ariel Camera Ltd is a provider of drone based cinematography services to the film and television industry. Based in Auckland; Ariel is able to operate anywhere in the NZ or overseas using both heavy and lightweight drones carrying the latest gimbals and camera packages.

CAMERA PACKAGES
The company operates a range of drones carrying the latest MoVi and Ronin-MX gimbal systems fitted with cameras including the Arri Alexa Mini, Red Weapon, Sony FS5, X5R RAW and 360 VR cameras.

CAA 102 CERTIFIED
The company is CAA102 certified and able to conduct the following operations.
• Operations above persons or private property.
• Operations within controlled airspace (subject to proper procedures)
• Operations above 400ft AGL
• Night operations (including the “Golden Hour” periods at dawn & dusk)

COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE
Ariel holds full public, aviation and equipment liability insurances for drone operations on film shoots. Insurance cover is managed by Crombie Lockwood.
